Well, it was easy to use online. Too bad the rental shop the site sent me to, with a confirmation number, had no record of my reservation.

Well I completely could not rent a vehicle from the place Kayak sent me to. I lost hours of my 3 day mini vacation trying to find a place to rent a vehicle. And i havent gotten my deposit and insurance back.
