Cons: Last time I stayed it cost 75$ a night. I know it was 30 years ago.... I miss Diamond Jims
Pros: Central location in Boston with excellent service. Staff is always there to cater to your needs. Spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful boutique hotel. Great restaurant too.
Pros: A very nice stay, excellent location (near to the T stores and restaurants, walk distance to the main attractions).
Staff very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend the hotel.
Pros: Fabulous customer service. The luxury of a boutique hotel, the comforts of home.
Pros: Great location, good hotel. They should have a kettle in the room.

Guests can visit the spa to indulge in Swedish massages, facials, or body treatments, and Bar Boulud serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a health club are other highlights, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and Frette Italian sheets.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the beds fabulous. The best part of our amazing stay was the service. Jerry at the front desk and Steve, the concierge, went above and beyond to treat me, my daughter and two grandsons to a memorable introduction to Boston including sightseeing, public transportation, wonderful restaurants. I have visited world class hotels all my life and never experienced this level of caring and guidance. Bravo!!!
Cons: The price!!!!
Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.
Pros: The customer service was outstanding! So professional and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: I can't say anything but great things .
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Considering the cost of the 3 rooms (we had a family group of 9), I would expect a complimentary abbreviated breakfast offering. I walked down the street for coffee.

Pros: Staff was great. Helpful and friendly. I stay here for work as a united airlines Capt on my Boston layover, and we are treated so well that I brought my wife up for a weekend stay .. We walked to Fanual Hall, and Aquarium.. Shopped. Went to a Red Sox -Yankees game ( Sox won
Cons: A bit pricey. But hey .. Its downtown Boston
Pros: Very attractive lobby area; extrenely personable and professional staff.
Cons: Bathrooms and towels were not what a hotel charging $700/night should be offering.
Pros: Excellent to stay, but cost is very high for business people.

Pros: Loved everything about staying at the Four Seasons Boston. The service was impeccable and they really made us feel "at home." My kids especially loved the welcome wagon and cookies and milk :) The hotel was clean, warm and inviting and I would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Pros: Back bay location is perfect
Coffee in lobby and Lobby in general
Cons: Valet parking very slow
Pros: The location was excellent - just a short walk from Boston Commons, Copley Square, the Green and Orange T lines and commuter lines, and several great restaurants. The room was cozy and provided the necessary amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Heather the concierge went above and beyond our expectations in handling our requests and helping out with some post-Boston Marathon logistics. All of the staff from check-in to the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel displayed the charm of a historical building but with all of the necessary modern conveniences.
Cons: The elevators were a bit small and we had to pass one up at times when there were more than a couple of people waiting or when they were full. The lobby was a bit small and was a bit of a bottleneck during and after check-in. The Precinct bar had a good energy and good drink selection but the food and desserts were just okay (we did not get a chance to try the restaurant). We wish there was a pool or hot tub, which would have been perfect for post-race recovery.
Pros: The staff was extremely attentive and eager to help.
Pros: The location is great, the restaurant and bar has good food and drinks, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We booked three rooms at this hotel because there were 6 of us and we all booked the same type of room but they tried giving one couple in our party a smaller room, but they did fix it so that was good. Also, the refrigerator in our room was broken, but they also came and fixed that right away.
Pros: I loved the robes, comfort of the bed and pillows, provided toiletries in the bathroom. We also discovered that there was a towel warmer which was very nice. The tv was great- there was a fridge which came in handy when we had left over food. The in room keurig and travel cup was super convenient
Cons: There was Giant bottle of FIJI water sitting by the coffee machine labeled that it would cost $7.00 for each if consumed. Kind of annoying I wanted them the entire time but couldn't get over the price.... I can't pay $7 for water.
Pros: Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Staff was really friendly.
Housed in the stately limestone building that was once home to the Boston Police Headquarters, Loews Boston Hotel is a premier choice among hotels near Copley Square, offering an unforgettable blend of historic charm, sophistication and authentic New England hospitality.
Pros: Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water front, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free in the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups in the room. The free daily newspapers in the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby. The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.
Cons: Just a couple small things would be nice: more towel racks to hang towels in the bathroom and a refrigerator other than a completely full mini bar refrigerator with items for sale.
Pros: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are in the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house restaurant was serving a $20 lobster dinner special which was fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49. Again very pricey but if you are staying for a few days it evens out. The room was a standard king that was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for two. We were provided a mini fridg gratis. The usual outrageously overpriced mini bar is present along with bottled water priced at the level of alcohol. Several newspapers are available free.
Cons: Apparently the hotel is undergoing updates to its TV and wifi system. That's not a problem but there was no information provided at check in that it was happening. That is a problem. The TV acted up at start up and the wifi was cantankerous. Booting you off and causing you to sign in again and again. Quite slow also.
Pros: Nice room, helpful staff, reasonable prices
Cons: Tried to book another night and was told they were completely sold out. Looked on kayak and saw availability...
Pros: staff was terrific and service oriented.
Cons: price for valet parking was steep.
Pros: Loved the location, the amenities and the service. We've already booked our stay for next year!
Cons: difficult to adjust the temp in the room - trying to cool the room meant the AC was on full blast.
Pros: Excellent location to view all of Boston by foot. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.
Pros: Convenience was superb.
Pros: Regulars at their restaurant, our first stay was all we needed. Handsome, friendly, warm lobby area; helpful, attentive staff. The in-hotel restaurant is actually very good -- and has a great bar area. The staff that delivers items to rooms are very friendly, speedy folk.
Cons: Hotel is under renovation in part, so there are inconveniences until completion early next spring. When we were there, some desk staff are "in training" and not exactly use to speaking in English (!). The door-staff/valets are very helpful.
Price was for location. Have stayed in HI Express with just as nice rooms for way less than half the money
Cons: Charge for WiFi in room
Do not ever touch mini bar. You will be charged
Pros: The hotel is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful
Cons: There was only Luke warm water in the shower and after walking around boston on a 10 degree night it really put a damper on our romantic get away !!
Pros: Location was great. Everything was in walking distance. Room was clean, bathtub and shower was fantastic.
Cons: Room was a bit small, balcony was not a real balcony - very small step out balcony! A bit pricey for the size and amenities.
Pros: Great location, staff was great, hotel was beautiful
Cons: Air conditioning was loud, no in-room refrigerator, no vending machines, bed was a little too firm
The Bostonian Boston Hotel is located in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts, near Logan Airport. Overlooking Faneuil Hall, The Bostonian is a short walk away from Quincy Market and features luxury accommodations, meeting spaces, wedding venues, and more.
Cons: Accommodations were underwhelming for the high price. Also attempted to contact the Concierge 3 times to arrange a special birthday flower arrangement for my wife. They never called me back. THREE TIMES.
Pros: We had a room overlooking Public Garden and it was great. Nice view during the day and at night. Hotel is on Newbury Street and close to nice shopping, good restaurants, Beacon Hill - lots to do. Afternoon Tea is wonderful.
Cons: We had a suite and they charged us $25 for rollaway bed for our daughter - tacky.
Pros: The proximity to the park was ideal for my 12 year old golden retriever. She loved all the attention she received in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even during the holiday crush. Highly recommended.
Pros: Leah at the front desk was amazingly friendly and attentive to our needs!
Cons: Car service no longer available. Rooms are getting old and a tad musty
Pros: The staff are excellent, the rooms very comfortable and the location is perfect, close to the T and right on the park.
Pros: A shower with black mold is gross, even if it is marble. The clock made funny noises about 2am. It wasn't the alarm, maybe a failing battery backup, Thought the maid fixed it, but nope. Only solution was to unplug it. Mentioned it when we checked out.
On our last day we left the room for the day we left the AC on to keep the room around 68 deg, imagine our surprise when we returned at 7 pm the room was 87 deg! The AC was no longer functional, and per the "engineer" they sent up the only solution was to open windows. As a result we got to listen to the large air handlers all night.
The last day we decided to try the breakfast buffet, the food was okay but certainly not worth the $25/ea!
The best thing about this place is the location.
Pros: very large room, comfy bed, large bathroom, access to Boston highlights.
Pros: Great staff, from the curb to the desk to concierge and room service--really, really good people.
Cons: Pricey room service breakfast
A toilet whose flush handle was in need of repair
Pros: Location, location, location. From here it is an easy walk to many fine restaurants, shopping, or for researchers, the NEHGS or the Boston Library (which doubles as an art museum). Little further for the Freedom Trail, but doable if you are used to walking. If you just want to rest and watch the world go by, the Commons is right across the street and at least during the day very safe and family friendly.
Caught a late flight but they were more then helpful in storing our luggage and assisting in getting a ride to the airport.
Pros: Very clean . Beds very comfortable. Room size great.
Cons: Needs to redecorate, wallpaper , bathrooms old . And staff is really nice but seems like in slow motion.
Cons: After making arrangements for our kids to stay with friends for the night, my wife and I booked a room at the Taj to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Within hours of checking in, we were
startled by loud, raucous music. So loud that we had trouble hearing each other from across the room even though we were 3 floors below. Turns out the Taj was hosting a wedding party in the roof. Management said they were booked and couldn't move us. It was so unpleasant, we ended up checking out that same night so we could get a good night's sleep.
Pros: Great location and excellent service.
Cons: Breakfast choices at hotel where few and overpriced.

Wireless Internet access is complimentary.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, GREAT location, excellent amenities, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. Definitely will be my choice of place to stay when I return to Boston!
Pros: Clean room and lots of amenities. Great location and easy access to pretty much anything.
Cons: We used point for the room. Cost is pretty high, so if considering cost with other hotels others could be a better value.
Pros: Staff permitted us to check in early. Excellent Location.
Pros: We love staying at this hotel. We had a great view of Quincy Market and the city landscape. We like being close to the North End. Our room was clean and comfortable
Cons: The hallway on our floor was a little dirty. Used glasses and dishes placed outside of rooms waiting to be picked up along with some spilled food on the rug.
Pros: The whole hotel was impeccably clean...wonderful.
The room service was super fast.
The location is close to so many great things in walking distance of hotel!
The maid service was terrific; very friendly and thorough.
Cons: The internet was fast - once you got on it. For a luxury hotel, internet connection is typically included in the price of your stay. As a Marriott rewards member I was surprised it was not free...apparently I was not at the right level.
The parking was overpriced - one member of our group parked and $51 a day was extremely high.
The cluster of cars, buses, taxes etc at the entrance was poorly managed. Pedestrians were at risk, guests at risk, and children at risk - there did not appear to be anyone in control of the flow of traffic coming in an out of the entrance area. High risk.
Pros: Maid service very good
Cons: Front desk personal room outdated
Charge for wifi
Security staff at front door very very intimidating
Cons: For $575 they could at least provide coffee and a morning newspaper. Bathroom was small and old.

Pros: The staff were really friendly. The restaurant on site provided a nice atmosphere for either a business dinner or a romantic evening out. The lobby had been remodeled. The rooms were clean. The location was great for any event at Gillette stadium.
Cons: The rooms need updating. I walked in and my first thought was I should have just stayed at the holiday inn and saved my money.
Pros: It was only 30 minutes from Boston which was great. And for the price you can'tell beat it. Very clean and everyone there was so nice and helpful.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and it was very clean. I was also a big fan of the indoor pool and the service.
Cons: The room was a tad small, but a minor critique in my mind.
Pros: Loved the bed pillows and the comforter wish I can take those home lol
Pros: Big room, comfortable queen beds, clean, beautiful decor.
Pros: The staff was very friendly, room was big, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros: The room service needed to be better
Cons: Room service
Pros: Staff was excellent. Brunch on Sunday and the buffet was amazing.
Cons: Pool area is dangerous with tile . It is very wet around the pool with slippery tile. They should have installed rubber mats around the entire pool area.
Pros: modern, updated, large, clean and comfortable room
Cons: We had a corner suite, which would normally be great, except the room next to us had an adjoining door and occupants who were up till after 2:30 am having loud discussions. We called the front desk twice, and security came up to address it twice, and it got better for a bit but never really died down. Nobody at the desk offered to move our room or offer any solution to us despite my telling them at 12:30 and again at 1:15am that we had a 2.5 hour drive ahead of us first thing the next morning. The front desk gal the following morning gave me 500 extra reward points, which is lovely, but I paid $200 for a room that while comfortable barely afforded us any sleep.

And whether you stretch out in a suite or a standard room, you’ll find the Four Points by Sheraton Four Comfort Bed in each of the 230 rooms. Enjoy.
Cons: Seems to cater to high school and college athletic teams. This made breakfast a bit unruly. Plus, kids are very rambunctious upon their arrival and could be rude.
Pros: Easy walk from the hotel across the causeways to the Garden, so it was ideal since I was going to a Bruins game.
Cons: The parking situation was expensive, you could either do the valet service for $45 or park in the lot next to the hotel for $29
Pros: nice spacious rooms

Free perks include WiFi and continental breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Also, Boston Opera House and Orpheum Theater are within just a 10-minute walk.
Pros: Room was large. Coffee maker, ironing board and safe in the rooon.
Cons: Insufficient soundproofing. Avoid avoid avoid 6th floor: that's where the pool is and kids are very loud when walking and running along the corridor. We couldn't check in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready until 4:30pm, half hour past the check in time of 4pm.
Pros: The location was superb. The hotel is within walking distance of most attractions, shops, and metro. Chinatown is only one block away, with many delicious food choices.
Cons: The pool could be cleaner. They should provide locks for the lockers.
Pros: everything worked
Pros: Nice and clean.
Cons: Annoying to pay for parking. Made me really angry, the hotel should have free parking for its guests. $40-55 a night is just ridiculous.
Pros: Wonderful location, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. What else can I ask for a 3 day visit to the city.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: Comfy beds and clean room located easy walks from Boston Common Faneuil Hall and so much of the tourist stops we wanted to see. Salvatore's was a decent restaurant right across the street.
Cons: Snooty staff at front desk. Restaurant staff courteous. Not a hotel with a family vibe. It seems more suited for business and conference attendees
Pros: Staff was very helpful and kind. After taking a red eye they were able to accommodate us on an early check in. Hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were comfy too. AND it's close to everything/walking distance.
Pros: Friendly staff; accommodated a late check out request, but with a fee to be paid. Not an issue.
Promised champagne and strawberries for special occasion (but never arrived).
Great location. Bellmen were extremely helpful! Front desk staff seemed friendly, but read issues we had.
Had there not been any of the issues, this would've been a great stay, I just don't know why there were so many missteps. It was a good stay, if you look at room size, bed comfort, bathroom size and comfort (just don't expect privacy; everyone will know your business in there!), friendliness, location. This should be a phenomenal stay. It has all the makings for it. It must've been a full moon or something that weekend.
Cons: Was promised champagne and strawberries the first evening, but it didn't come. The next day, the room wasn't cleaned when we arrived back at 11pm, so called to have at least the bed made and fresh towels (they offered a discount on an additional night, which was accepted, though didn't go smoothly at final check out for some reason); also mentioned the missing champagne and strawberries, was told they'd be there the next night, but again no champagne or strawberries when we returned. Ever. Hallway was meeting central at 3am for drunken shenanigans by other guests. Finally, on the fourth day, after returning to the hotel after a long day, the wireless entry failed, so we had to wait to be let into the room. To the front desk's credit, they were going to upgrade us for free on the last night for the inconvenience, but one of us needed to get back into the room because they were flying out in two hours, so that wouldn't work. Was promised an email accounting, even gave email address and was promised in 5-10min; it's now over twelve hours later, and still no receipt in my inbox or spam/junk folder.
Pros: Location is great in the center of everything walking distance anywhere to Boston.
Cons: That breakfast is not included with the price tag of the room breakfast should be complementary. Parking under the hotel should be priced accordingly and have a special pricing for hotel residents.
Pros: The location was great with close proximity to public transportation and that made it easy for us to get around the city. Front desk was able to get us a room with double beds on a busy holiday weekend.
Cons: 1) Slow elevator to get to lobby
2) Steep valet parking fees
3) Room service did not clean the room on our first day. I am not sure whether it was because of busy holiday weekend.
Pros: Had online check in
everything was very clean
Pros: Close to everything but quiet to recharge
Cons: Parking, not included

Pros: Excellent location for airport, lovely staff, Wonderful room.
Cons: The price
Pros: Nice and convenient place for an overnight layover. Easy access to the airport on the hotel shuttle.
Pros: If you want to be close to the airport and not break the bank, this is the place to stay. There's a free shuttle that runs rather frequently. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. The room is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, but for the price it's what I expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: clean hotel
Cons: Awful service. We were charged twice for one room and we are still waiting for the hotel to do something. Afyer they lasted about half an hour trying to find our reservation, they made a new one and charged twice after we stayed for only one night.
Pros: Great staff, views, nice amenities. Nice alternative to downtown and Back Bay hotels.
Cons: Cabs to/from Back Bay, etc. can get pricey.
Pros: Rooms were modern and clean. Views were great.
Cons: Parking situation was horrible. The cost was extremely high, and the process to get in and out of the parking lot was inefficient.
Pros: Extremely convenient to the airport and great shuttle service. Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Being extremely convenient to the airport, it was a hassle to get into town to do anything or eat anywhere other than the hotel.
Pros: Great views of city and harbor. At the airport.
Cons: Very expensive. Restaurant is very pricey.
Pros: View of airport and Boston Harbor
Clean and comfortable
Pros: We chose the Hyatt on the Boston Harbor in order to drop off our rental car before catching our plane early the next morning. It is very close to Logan. The timing was perfect and we got a restful night's sleep before departing the next day. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient.
Pros: Clean everywhere.
Staff is top notch and friendly.
Cons: You get the best but you pay for it too.
Cons: Waited for shuttle bus for 25 minutes when told it would be ten. Couldn't check in until 11:15 pm despite having reservation. Ugh. Staff did best to compensate with reduced rate on room, drink voucher and muffins for my 4:30 am departure. But still missed getting to sleep before early start next day.

Pros: Staff was fantastic and helpful in every way. Location was great for proximity to airport, and not too far from downtown, if you don't mind a short walk or bus ride.
Cons: I was there 3 nights. Very noisy guests the second night - a Friday night - yelling and running up and down my hall from midnight to 2 AM. Maybe a wedding party? Didn't happen the other nights, but was not something I expected at this high-end of a hotel.
Pros: Beautiful lobby and rooms very comfortable. The Westin beds are always wonderful
And the shower was amazing.
Cons: Room location terrible. No view.
Pros: Loved the room, the bed was amazing, and the sheets were too.
Cons: The view from our room looked directly at 10 HVAC units, so there wasn't much of a view. A cover over them would've made looking beyond them easier. Each room should include parking for one car, having to pay to park on top of what you're paying for the room is absurd.
Pros: Everyone was nice and helpful and efficient!
Cons: The walls are a little thin so you could hear people getting in the shower and doors closing.
Pros: Everyone is so professional and eager to help. When i mentioned to Michael the bellman that it was my friends birthday that brought us in to Boston, we came back to the room to a complimentary bottle of wine and perfect desserts.
That to me is outstanding attention to detail when creating an experience for your guests.
Cons: the parking garage seriously needs someone to guide you through it. what a maze!
Cons: Wifi isn't free - it's $13/day, minimum.
Pros: The hotel was easy to get to, and had parking on-site (not free, which is the norm in Boston from what I'm told). There was a nice restaurant on-site, and a Starbucks for breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows comfortable.
Cons: You couldn't really walk anywhere from the hotel easily, and Boston is a very walkable town. There were no other options for breakfast other than Starbucks in the lobby, except room service at an outrageous price. The wi-fi was not accessible--we could have called the desk, but didn't bother. There was no information in the room with instructions. The shower was so weak it took twice as long to rinse off, unless you used the hand-held massage shower which took your skin off. Local phone calls were not free which is ridiculous. Bottled water in the room had a price tag on it. I was afraid to use the soap in the bathroom for fear it would cost extra. I do not like being "nickled and dimed." The little amenities should be free. Will look elsewhere for my next stay.
Pros: Room was cozy and bed was comfy.
Cons: I would like to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom along with a night light also in the bathroom.
Perhaps a board in the lobby of what might be going on in the city or in the vicinity. When we were there fireworks were set off at about 9pm, it was Labor Day weekend. If we knew in advance, we would have gone down to the waterfront to view them.
Pros: Clean, beautiful architecture
Cons: Staff were unhelpful, argued with me about SGP and then realized they were wrong, didn't offer standard things that I get being a platinum member staying 60+ days a year there. Very unprofessional all around.
Pros: The bed and shower were great!!!
Cons: The pool and hot tub was busy
Pros: They had a nice gym and pool area for working out.
Cons: The staff is horribly rude and is pretty much incompetent. The first room the have me already had people staying in it. You can imagine the surprise on both our faces when I opened the door.

Pros: Wonderful building and facilities.
Cons: I have stayed at several Starwood Hotels and usually the W staff is a little bit more hospitable and welcoming. This particular staff was not very welcoming and when I had questions I was met with some interesting attitudes. All in all, great hotel - just think like every hotel somethings can be improved.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and in a great location
Cons: Lobby extremely loud
Pros: The front staff and manager were extremely accomodating after having a 2 hour tiff with the booking company I used (Get a Room, you were terrible). The room was clean and contemporary which me and my guests enjoyed. For the price, it was reasonable due to the location right next to the commons and for a saturday night in Boston. Wifi was free and they had speakers to hook up an iPad to play music.
Cons: Parking was $50 for valet. ~$40 in the surrounding parking lots for overnight.

Pros: Loved the shuttle, the breakfast, the comfort of the room...
Cons: Can't think of anything that we didn't like!
Pros: Very friendly staff, catered to travelers, close location to the airport with free shuttle.
Pros: EVERY Thing!
Pros: We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was a good surprise. I was expecting regular accomodations and service but the room and bathroom - not to mention the staff - was way better than just regular. Considering the prices in Boston hotels, even if you have to drive or take the train downtown everyday to enjoy your turism, it is worth staying at this Confort Inn.
Cons: I have only good things to say. :-)
Pros: Beds were good, lounge downstairs was nice, good breakfast, nice outdoor sitting area with gas fire ledge.
Cons: Having to tip toe around the entry, lobby, and elevator area while a rather large crew of guys used somewhat loud equipment to clean & scrub floors. Had to be careful getting around because floors were wet from entry all way to elevators.
Pros: Great hotel for visiting Boston. Breakfast was great. Staff was very attentive. Pizza Boy (nearby) has excellent pizza and you can walk to it.
Pros: Very convenient shuttle
Cons: Adjacent restaurant is poor
Pros: The hotel appeared clean and the room was quiet. The breakfast offered was fine and the complimentary shuttle to the airport worked out very well. We drove to Boston's north end for a wonderful Italian dinner and getting back and forth was simple and straight forward.
Cons: We found that the room telephone did not work when we attempted to contact the front desk to retreive our car from the valet parking. Also, the television stopped delivering all the channels...it intially worked with all channels but then a number of them "disappeared" which was disappointing. It would be better, also, if Pay per View was available as we would have enjoyed staying in and watching a good movie before an early morning flight.
Pros: The place was well kept and my accommodations were good, especially for a very reasonable price.
Cons: I was disturbed by a loud conversation in the next room for a while and an air mattress endeavor at about 3am across the hall. The walls may be a bit thin there. Those were the only issues however.
Pros: Very quiet, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

Pros: Easy passenger ferries over to the wharf in Boston.
Pros: The staff were wonderful. Hotel was in a great location and fit all our needs. Wonderful stay....
Cons: Pool was too cloudy...Everything else was fantastic..
Pros: Lady at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast because a sliding door in the room didn't work well.
Cons: I was charged $10 to my cred card after checking out. Not sure why. I was not made aware of what the charge was for at the time of check out or even anytime after. Haven't had time to call and ask why. My only guess is maybe a late check out fee? If so, check out is at 11am and we checked out at 11:03. So if that's the reason for the charge, its a pretty petty one.
Pros: Everyone was so polite and helpful!
Cons: Our fireplace never worked.
Cons: Breakfast was not included for the high price of the room.
Pros: Enjoyed gas fireplace in the room, fridge and microwave, and excellent location.
Cons: Hotel room looks tired.
Pros: **Not about this resort but about this form** Your second question, "While traveling, you were a: " does not include all situations including my own which is 2 business guys.
Cons: I use Kayak to get apples to apples comparisons on locations. This location ends up charging you money after the fact that changes the upfront value.
Pros: I tried NBR out on one occasion, liked it, and then booked it again for a week later. I have since then recommended it to friends. The room is better than all the chain hotels for travelers, and there are facilities like the pool, which my wife likes for exercise.
Hull is viewed as a bit distant from Boston but NBR is on the right side to make access to Boston very easy, about a 12 minute car ride from the railway station in Hingham.
The restaurant was very good and its prices were very fair - entrees under $20.
Cons: Parking is very tight, and the rooms can be a bit noisy due to the bars on the street next to the hotel. Those are minor things though.

Cons: Being a single female, some of the male guests have the vibe that this hotel was a dating scene versus a place to stay for business related purposes. I stayed in my room the rest of the night to avoid uncomfortable encounters.
Pros: I & my son liked just about everything. The décor was very pleasing in the rooms and the lobby was very boutique-like. The lobby was sophisticated & cosy at the same time. Whoever was the decorator has a great eye. We were surprised to learn, that the hotel is scheduled for a color change to purple and grey. While purple sounds good, pairing it with grey does not. The staff were friendly & accommodating.
Cons: The outside smoking area was riddled with bird poop & rat droppings. I think it was, also, next to the the trash area.
