It was terrible. I arrived thanksgiving night and had reserved a car, a RAV4 for 7pm. I arrived and budget was closed and there was a sign that said go to Avis. We got to the rental car depot and the lines at each rental company were 20-30 people long and no one was getting a car. In the hour we were there, 2 customers in total had been helped at Budget (which was manned by one person). Absolutely insane. The worst ever. Counter agent playing on phone making me wait while he texted. Return agent playing on her phone in a vehicle making me wait to check in vehicle then not saying a word to me while and after checking in my vehicle. Budget just lost me as a customer in Baltimore.
