The car interior was clean. That's about the only good thing it had going. The check-in process was hasty and not much care taken. Gave me 3/4 tank of gas but marked full on contract. Car had a bunch of scratches that weren't marked down on the contract. I asked for an SUV, they gave me not quite an SUV but a crossover with less cargo space than a standard car but a gas gozzler nontheless. I've been renting with Enterprise for over 10 years now and they were my preferred rental company. But my last couple of rental experiences with them have left much to be desired.Reviewed Aug 20 2021
