Durango Hertz is awesome
Pros: Check in and return was simple, uncomplicated and Arielle even helped with a great restaurant recommendation! Price from Kayak was better than using my frequent traveller access

Cons: The GPS unit that was an additional charge with my rental did not work and when I called "Neverlost" I was told they could not activate the unit because my pickup location (DRO Hertz counter) did not have a contract with them. Very frustrating and a huge inconvenience for me.

Pros: Great Mileage vehicle Friendly and knowledgeable staff Easy & quick return Worked with us since I was using company card but didn't have a check in.
Cons: Hot area aka HIGH DESERT with a black car and black interior- Made for very hot returns to the vehicle Debit card hold for incidentals was held for over 10 days after returned the car.

Was rejected to pickup
Cons: I got to hertz and they required either a plane ticket, or a credit card for payment o my rental vehicle... i didnt want to use my credit card, and they couldnt accept other forms if payment unless I booked a flight. The person at enterprise rental was able to do this however and she matched the rate from kayak that i showed her. I paid via debit card as i wished without a plane ticket. Please note, nothing in the fine print (because i did read that crap) said anything about this policy when booking via kayak.
