NO contract! given to me. They have tried to bill me 4 different amounts from a company with a different name. AND NO ITEMIZED INVOICE EVER GIVEN THAT MATCHED MY ORIGINAL RENTAL AGREEMENT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AT BOTH PICKUP AND DROP-OFF.Reviewed Oct 5 2022

Pros:the car was good, clean and relatively new.Cons:the pricing policy is complete trash. i booked a car for approx. USD200 and ended up more than USD500, including all the fees, insurances, and surprise costs. Futhermore, I have been billed above the contractual fee, although I have returned the car undamaged, with very limited used kilometers (it was unlimited anyway), and a full tank. I'm going for file a formal complaint to recover these additional costs!Reviewed Mar 21 2020

Pros:Staff Leila was very friendly, courteous and helpful.Cons:Helpful that the "Boss" of the rental agency did not park her personal car in front of my rental spot, forcing me to call and wait and wait and wait until she had the time to come and move her car allowing me to go on my trip 15 minutes later. Pros:The car was clean. Everything else was hopeless.Cons:A very slow line to pick up the car. There was no way to book winter tires in advance, so the price doubled when we got there. Unpleasant staff. The insurance excess was €25000. You were forces to sign the contract, including the inspection verifying the car was ok before you got to see the car.Reviewed Feb 11 2020

Cons:Car was totally inadequate for the location (Geneva): now winter tires nor Swiss vignet. Also the check in guy was hard selling expensive upgrades: “you have the wrong car, you need to change to an SUV, as only that car has snow tires.” Something that is compulsory for all cars in Switzerland anyway...Reviewed Feb 2 2020

Pros:Brand new car, pleasant staffCons:When booking online the price was €320 with possible surcharge of maximum €5 per day for winter tyres. However when we went to pick up the car, we were told That the cost of winter tires would be €61 per day, for a total of €671, more than tripling the original cost. Pros:Absolutely nothing, the drive was terrible!Cons:There was no instructions for pick up so we spent over an hour ending up in the wrong the area at the airport waiting in line and taking buses. The staff made no apologies, what so ever. The car was also over due a device by 1500k, so the warning light kept pinging. Also there was no water in the windscreen wipers.
