National driving license not accepted. Changing the booking to another driver with an international license was problematic as the staff lied that it was not valid. After a long time they made a new booking with double the price.Reviewed Apr 9 2023

They were closed when we arrived to pick up the car. They leave their office before the last flight comes in. Then they argued with us the next day blaming us for poor planning but couldn’t answer my question as to what we should have done differently. Ended up not picking up car. Will never go with budget again and absolutely will recommend to everyone I know to not rent with them either. Terrible customer service!Reviewed Mar 31 2023

If you’ve never flown into the Flagstaff Pulliam airport (it was my first), you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Very small airport which made the pick up and drop off very pleasant and fairly quick. There was only one counter but three workers who serviced both Budget and Alamo. Pick up and drop off was right at the airport (within 50 ft of the bldg). Only thing that could have been different (not necessarily better) - I haven’t rented a car in quite but we didn’t do a walk around before leaving the lot. Our luggage was delayed so didn’t need to use the trunk immediately but the next morning I noticed a little damage to the bumper. When turning in the vehicle there was no walk around and I haven’t seen/heard from them about it and hopefully won’tReviewed Jan 23 2022

They only had a Prius available and since we were traveling with a small dog for 8 days it wouldn’t work for us we had to pay an extra $15 a day to move to a Toyota Camry which was not really clean and needed the tires balanced because the steering wheel vibrated. Otherwise we would have to wait at the airport for a minimum of 3 hours for another vehicle.Reviewed Oct 14 2021

Long wait at Flagstaff for car. Windows dirty. Tank not quite full. Kia Optima was one of the best cars I have ever driven. So quite I had to look at tach to see if it was running. Excellent drop off at Albuquerque, about 3 minutes. Overall good deal, after I spent 2 days trying to clean car and windows so I could see out.Reviewed Sep 22 2021

They made me sit in the aiport for over 1 hour while they "found" and prepared the car that I had reserved for 9am. What's worse, they were extremely rude, took no responsibility, and tried to blame it on me! I will never book with Budget again.Reviewed Aug 31 2021

Pros:Friendly staff. Easy drop off. Good gas mileage for an SUV. Clean vehicle.Cons:It was supposed to be filled up but was only at 1/4 tank. Had to go back so they could fill it. Still wasn't filled completely. Lots of scratches to outside of vehicle, including vandalism of the paint job. Was supposed to seat 7, with luggage.
