It would be nice to have a little flexibility on drop off / pick up times. My rental was 10am pick up so was expected to drop off at 10am although my flight was not until 2PM. To get the car for the additional few hours (12PM/1PM) would have costed me another $150 which was not worth it to me. All other rental companies give grace periods for free to allow for varying flight times .Reviewed Jul 14 2026

We booked through Kayak and were excited for the day. Budget had no cars at all. Our booking through Kayak meant nothing.Reviewed Aug 9 2024

Nice vehicle but I would like to be able to pay with a company debit card, I have to go through a fiasco ever time I go to the counter.Reviewed Oct 2 2022
