Pros: The location that I picked up the car was old and run down. Not very inviting or up to date. Not a place that I would want my kids to walk into.
Quick and easy
Pros: It took probably less than 5 minutes to pick up the car. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The car was a Chevy Impala which was nice, I was hoping for something different since I had rented a Premium class, but they only had one Premium on the lot. The car was comfortable and roomy enough and I was very pleased to get 32mpg on my trip.
Cons: The car had not been cleaned out. There was fast food wrappers and bits of food and crumbs on the back seat.
