I didn't like that they didn't have the car I rented or any electric. The trip cost me $50 more because I would have been able to charge the electric very inexpensively at my house. I had to have a gas car. It was nice of them giving me a slightly better car but I didn't like that it didn't have windows I could put down if I wanted.Reviewed Nov 18 2025

They did not have a car available in the class I selected. They charged me the upgrade difference for something that I did not have because they did not have cars. She blamed on me arriving early, but I was only 45 minutes early because our flight arrived early.Reviewed Feb 3 2024

You rented me a truck they did not have. I needed a truck bed to move a couch. I has to scramble and waste time to get a replacement. I spent more time and money, all because I relied on your reservation. Had I not, I could have easily gotten another truck.Reviewed Nov 16 2023

I liked the friendliness of the rental agent; I do believe his name was Michael. The questions I asked, he was able to answer. Michael was very knowledgeable. I knew I would be dropping off the car early in the morning, and I needed to know what to do. He told me about the inside drop box for the keys, and not to give them to anyone who may approach me. My rental was clean and gassed up...nice SUV. I had no trouble with the vehicle, which lets me know it was well-maintained. In fact, the trailer where Budget is located, is clean, too. I had an enjoyable rental experience, and I would recommend Budget to my friends.Reviewed Oct 21 2022
