Pros:Office was clean and easy to get to.Cons:The car I reserved was not there. I needed an automatic, any automatic. Kayak showed this location as having several automatic transmission cars, one that I reserved. But when I went to pick up the car, they were totally out. So I had to book from Hertz at the airport and we were put about 3 hours behind schedule due to commute, etc.Reviewed Nov 19 2019

Pros:NOTHINGCons:THEY DID NOT RESPECT THE RATE ON THE RESERVATION AND WANTED TO CHARGE 66 DOLLARS P/D FOR A SIMILAR CAR A VW GOL. THEY SAID THE DIFERENCE IN RATE WAS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAD THE CAR I RESERVED WHICH WAS UNTRUE AS A GOL IS A LOW SCALE CAR. beware of upsellingCons:- the car I had reserved was not available and the choice I was given was either a micro-sized car or an upsell - if the reserved car is not available it should be free. The vehicle given was old and rickety, having 70K on the clock. Crazy to be given that as an upsell. Also an unneccessary 'compulsory' that I have never had to pay before in Mexico insurance charge was added. I ended up paying just to get out but this was not good value for moneyReviewed Jan 3 2019

Beware: unable to get car, still fighting refundPros:.Cons:Per the car agency clerk, this company tends to oversell availability of cars, so by the time i arrived to pick up my car, there were none available, even though i already had paid in advance. I ended up renting somewhere else, and im in the middle of an investigation process to get my refund completed. It would be nice to see kayak stepping in in this matter, and not just sayin “we are just and intermediary”.Reviewed Dec 31 2017

More expensive than Kayak pricePros:The type of car (not too small not too big)Cons:They tried to sell us a very expensive insurance (more than 2000 US!!!) and our reservation in Kayak was around 180 US. After that, the seller made an ilegal offer by paying his comission in cash to reduce the total amount of the car rental to 1000 US. Finally, we took the minimal insurance for a final price of 600 US (15 days instead of 1 month)...Reviewed Aug 21 2017

HorriblePros:NothingCons:Gave us a vehicle that was dented and scratched. Zero gas because his boss was not present with credit card. Bought road side assistance that never worked and no knew how it worked when we called to use it. They gave us a car that had a front tire that had previously been flat and repaired so naturally we got a flat tire, luckily we were driving slow otherwise I would not be wrtiting this review.Reviewed Jul 30 2017

Management told me that they will no longer rent cars for a cheap price when I already had a reservation from kayak. Who are they to decide who can rent and who can't. WORST car rental experience everPros:The car itself worked fine.Cons:The entire customer service experience was a complete disaster: - Upon arrival at the airport, we waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to the Budget rental location and it was unclear how much longer it would take, so we ended up taking a taxi to Budget rental location. - Called ahead to reserve a car seat rental, then arrived and were told there were no car seats. Customer service rep spent the time excusing himself from guilt instead of trying to resolve the situation somehow. - When returning the car, they could not find the credit card deposit hold transaction paperwork. After waiting for 30 minutes, we decided to leave (to avoid missing our flight) and instead I have to cancel the entire transaction on my credit card to avoid being charged $500 deposit.Reviewed May 9 2017
