I purchased a premium rental car service from Budget through Kayak. When I arrived at my pick up location, my vehicle was not even on the property. When asked about an ETA I was not given one. I needed a vehicle immediately and the only solution was to use a vehicle that was just dropped off after I was at check in. Luckily the lady working was nice and cleaned the vehicle for me in a very short amount of time. It was not a premium vehicle like i requested and made me have to rearrange my travel plans due to the hour plus long delay. I was not happy.Reviewed Aug 17 2026

Pickup and drop off were a breeze and the clerk was friendly and efficient. Found my car easily and was off to my destination within 15 mins from walking up to the counter. Price was so so and the car smelled like weed (and air freshener) but otherwise a great experience.Reviewed Aug 16 2026

Car rental process was perfect. Only recommendation is for Kayak to verify confirmation of the vehicle before it sends a confirmation vehicle. The original confirmed vehicle was not available, so we had to make separate accommodations.Reviewed Aug 15 2026

Budget did not have a car ready for us when we made the reservation two months in advance. They sent us to the airport location and gave us a cigarette smelling car with a cracked windshield so we turned around and received a Chevy Traverse which was great. Took 45 waiting for key to vehicle. Man in booth decided to help people with directions at their car for 20 min. Bringing car back, there was no person there to receive the car. There was about 30 to 40 cars just lined up and we all just left the cars there, but there was so many they were going into the roadway.
