Pros:Most things easy. staff was ok...kind of rushed through somethings. This was our first time renting so I actually wanted to know what they were saying.Cons:Fairly smooth experience. The only negative thing was the open bottle of alcohol and pistachio shells found in the pocket of a seat, gross!
