Unable to contact local rental office with question on hours of operation and flight delay. 888 Telephone operator would not connect me and gave wrong information; it’s ridiculously hard to reach a live person, ever, when dealing with hertz. Agent at pick up provided mediocre service. Impossible to pick up or drop off car without speaking to agent. Overall a frustrating process.Reviewed Sep 3 2021

First car broke down - dead battery - first time in 30 years a rental car died - but hertz responded quickly and the swap to a new car was relatively seamless. Had we been in remote territory or no cell service this would be a rougher review.Reviewed Aug 22 2021

BEWARE! The associate who helped me behind the counter provided false information on total cost both for the rental and pre-paying on gas. My bill went from $50 to $222 to drive a car 100 miles and use less than a quarter of a tank of gas. On top of this, when I called customer support, they would not budge because I signed a contract. The company was so understaffed - one person, with at least 25 people waiting in line, and taking over 15-20 minutes per customer. As a result, I was forced to use another company and did not use my reservation - it would have been well past my reservation time before I received my car. Poor, poor, poor.Reviewed Jul 12 2021
