No shuttles to pick us up or car availablePros:I never had a bad experience like this we a car rental. Nothing good to sayCons:Our flight was delayed half an hour. When we got to the airport, we were still within the one hour limit before they could cancel ou resevation (this policy was not displayed anywhere on the website or mentioned to us during the booking) but there were no shuttle to pick us up. I called their call center on an international charge and they said they canceled the reservation and could not guarantee the SUV we reserved or the rate. When we got to their location by shuttle, about half an hour later, they didn't have the car we booked though they gave us a bigger car but no air conditioning and the USB ports did not work. Just a nightmare we endure for a few days until we decided to drive all the way back there to switch cars. No discounts for the inconvenience. The people were nice but made us feel like they were doing us a favor to give us a bigger car to fit our bags when we could have fit everything in the SUVReviewed Aug 8 2017
