Best help everPros:There was no rep to drop off to. However, there was a rep there from Orlando just picking up car seats. He helped me with the entire return process. I was very grateful. I can remember his name. I then maybe Mike. He gave me his card, but I cannot locate it. He should be prased for his above and beyond.Reviewed Mar 2 2017

Great ExperiencePros:Was upgraded on a vehicle and it was the best choice I could have made. The system was down when we showed up but it didn't hinder the experience at all. Great service and I would totally rent from them again!Cons:Nothing!Reviewed Oct 17 2016

Car Was DirtyPros:Liked the car, Ford Focus was good rental car. No problems with the price. They honored the quoted price.Cons:I had no flexibility to shorten the rental period. It would have cost more, even thought it appears I was paying a daily rate. Not a big deal, but would have liked to change it. The car was dirty, found another renters empty sun glass case in the car. Outside hadn't been washed before giving us the car.Reviewed May 8 2016

Terrible Service, Only Accept Credit Cards!Cons:Literally stranded in Florida and despite booking my car months in advance I was told I could not pay with a debit card OR cash. Credit card only! Would not mind so much as the fact the attendant pretty much didn't care and did nothing to help rectify the situation. I was told to literally go find another car rental service, despite the fact I told the attendant I would be stranded with no help without a car. I had plenty of money in my account, which is why I offered cash, but was denied. thankfully there was a Hertz, who was super helpful and got me a car in minutes with my debit card. Never using Budget again!Reviewed Apr 20 2016

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible employeesCons:I had to return my rental from Hertz and switch to a rental from Budget, I talked to the front desk agent at Budget and she advised me to return my car from Hertz first. The desks were about 10ft away from each other mind you, after the return to Hertz I walked over to Budget and they were closed down because they apparently switched there hours to earlier times on Saturdays (which wasn't stated on the website). So my reservation and me being there did not mean anything to them, they just wanted to get out of there on time and left me stranded in the airport and was forced to rent at top dollar through another company, instead of costing me $41 for a 24 hour rental it cost me $120. I have never been so irritated with a business in my life.Reviewed Nov 9 2015
