Agent Romy at location V8Z was exceptionally helpful. He was patient enough to educate me on my first experience with a hybrid vehicle and again when I had to extend my rental. I needed a vehicle while waiting for a new engine in my own car--a very stressful situation. Romy made it much easier for me. Thank you. I work for a car repair shop; I'll be referring anyone who needs a rental to you.Reviewed Feb 27 2026
