I reserved a car seat for my 3-year old grandson. I waited for an hour while staff tried to locate a car seat, and then was informed there were none. Very poor service! How was I expected to transport a toddler? Unless reparations are made, which now means only a refund in this case, I will never rent from Budget again.Reviewed Oct 8 2026

Horrible. The morning of my family trip I took an uber to the location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved months ago. I was told they had no vehicles and I could wait to see if someone brought one back, but nothing was guaranteed. I waited hours and nothing ever happened. I finally had to uber back home. Luckily there are new sites out there where people rent vehicles and I was saved. I still spent $100 in uber fees and hours of my time because how unprofessional budget is.Reviewed Jun 17 2025

The only things I didn’t like were the excess of air freshener in the car and the difficulty of figuring out cruise control, which I never did.Reviewed Mar 21 2025

Cars ALWAYS dirty there. I have rented many cars from this location. The cars are always dirty on the outside and 3 times I have found trash in the inside of the vehicles. Floor mats missing, bad odors.Reviewed Aug 18 2024

I reserved a minivan for a weekend getaway and they didn't have one available. I was told at the counter that that all vans were reserved for the last 3 weeks because of a big event. With that being said my trip was ruined. Do let people reserve a vehicle if you dont have any available its miss leading and can ruin a vacationReviewed Jun 25 2024

The first car to which I was assigned smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to go back to the counter and wait in line behind several other customers to ask to be assigned to another vehicle. The representative, while not very pleasant and certainly not apologetic, did give me another vehicle, which was not very clean. The vehicle (Ford Escape) performed fine and then the drop-off on return was quick and easy.Reviewed May 24 2024
