Pros: Nothing - I was unable to make the rental because the hours of the rental car location were a lie.
Cons: The online hours listed for Budget Car Rental say it is open until 7 pm. However, when I arrived at 4 pm, there were no employees there. I waited for an hour, but no one showed up. I called the location, & it said "all of our employees are busy" - the store hours are a lie.
Pros: Easy pick up, nice car.
Cons: There was no one at the counter mid-afternoon to receive my car. I waited for 20 minutes and then left my Budget key in the dropbox even though the box was only marked for Avis, not Budget.
Smiling Can’t Hurt That Much
Pros: Ease of dropping off the car. Simply pulled into the lot adjacent to the terminal, parked, and dropped keys at counter.
Cons: The agent’s attitude when I mentioned that I was expecting a discount for returning the vehicle with more gasoline then when I picked it up. He immediately said that was not possible; even though, I was told differently by a Budget representative when I called the company’s customer service line earlier in the day. He also did not seem interested in my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle I noticed shortly after picking up the vehicle.
Unable to drive the car
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The car given to me had very bad brakes and I was unable to drive the car. I took it back the next morning and they refused to give me a full refund for the car. It wasn't even the car I had intended to rent! The service was horrible at the counter and they didn't even have the car I wanted to rent. The customer sevice with Budget has been awful. I am still fighting to get my refund for the one day I did not even drive the car!!!

Wrong smelly car
Cons: The car we ordered was not there. We were given a car that was smaller and smelled very badly of smoke. Called everyday to replace it and budget never had a replacement.
Pros: Easy drop off procedure.
Pros: Great customer service! Car was clean inside and out!

Pros: The cas was fine
Cons: I was charge 2 days instead of 1. The manager in the dropoff office couldn't modifie the bill. I had to waste my time calling the customer service. They finally confirmed me that they will modifie the boll, but I still do not have a written confirmation

Cons: Car was dirty; No car manual; Disliked the car model (Ford Escape)
