I booked a car for pick up at 4:30 pm on 5/27/22. The honolulu airport budget seemed to have minimal cars available. I was told that even though I had a pick up time, it was going to be about an hour wait. Given the fact I had dinner plans, I had to cancel the reservation. I booked an Uber instead.

Cons:The pick up two literally two hours. They had clearly overrented their cars, so myself and tens of others have to wait for literally two hours to get the car we had pre-scheduled. It was terrible
