Pros:Probably timing, but check in was easy. Drop off was easy. No complaints!

Pros:This Hertz was awesome - although not attached to Honolulu Airport - it was 5 min away and the staff gave me a lfit.
Cons:I understand the whole not renting a car on a debit card with a one ticket to Hawaii but shouldn't a bill of loading for shipping my car and having a title to match the car on the manifest be the same? Until you fix this I well never rent from Hertz in any location even if it 10 times cheaper.
Cons:Delayed picking up car due to computer problems. Had to wait 20 min or so.

Cons:It was a disaster. The flight was delayed. I called as soon as we landed. The Hertz office was closed. I went to the office as soon as they opened the next day. My car was not available, and no other car was available. I spent half a day searching for another car and finally ended up renting from Enterprise. Of course Kayak was no help. I will never uses Kayak or Hertz again in my travels.
Pros:We loved the Neverlost GPS in the car. We thought we'd just use our phones to get us around, but the Neverlost GPS was a much better option.
Pros:Rates are better than airport location
Cons:Operating hours are not convenient ...and no key drop is available
