Pros:Everything worked as expected and the service was very good and friendly.
Cons:Not applicable
Pros:Quick and painless. Shuttle was great, driver was informative. Rental process, checking the car for damage, and returning was a breeze. Car was a fantastic Ford Mustang comfortable. Great price and worked perfectly.
Pros:Drop off was slightly easier
Cons:Pick up was disorganized, wait was 40 minutes, poor communication
Pros:Check out and check in was super easy. Car was nice.
Cons:Mileage was a bit high, but that may be typical in Hawaii. 20K miles.

Cons:Shortage of staff. Line was over an hour, and by time I got to the front of the line, there were no cars available for rental. It ruined my vacation day. Its was terrible to loose vacation day. Terrible. Never again.
