Cons:My reservation was for 11am in Pensacola. I arrived at the budget counter at 10:30. I waited about 20 minutes before I got to the counter. Once I was at the counter that took another 15 minutes. Then I was sent outside to pick up my car. It didn't seem like there was a very efficient system for getting the cars. Everyone that was in front of me in line inside was still waiting for their cars outside. I waited outside for about another 20 mins before a car was brought around to me. Therefore, I received he car 25 mins after my reservation time. I had to be somewhere by 1:30pm and still had a 2 hour drive. Therefore I cut it very close. The budget counter inside and outside were using cell phones to call each other about cars. It seemed very inefficient and everyone was confused about what car to bring down. Isn't there a computer system that could just send the car request outside and then by the time you get outside your car is there for you?
Pros:There were no issues with returning the car to the Pensacola Airport.
Pros:The staff was friendly
Cons:No one went over the vehicle with us so we could point out dents and the vehicle was very dirty. We had to stop to clean the windshield shortly after picking it up
Cons:The car smelled like a locker room - dank, ugh. Couldn't stand to be in it

Cons:AFTER counter check in, which was not particularly fast (computer problems) and he had to make a couple calls to select my car, I went to the garage and waited over 20 minutes to get my car brought up. I mean, you’re doing “reservations” wrong. And car must’ve had a tire going bad since was whining.
The car was fine. Budget was deceptive regarding the Toll Fees. I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay for Toll's and I declined as I was told I would receive something in the mail. They are now trying to charge me $17.00 for "Toll Convenience Fee" when the toll itself was only 3 dollars.
Pros:Friendly and helpful!
Cons:Couldn't drop it at a closer location.
Pros:Quick check in. Car was clean and good condition,tank was full. Check out was fast.
