Pros:Great customer service
Pros:The website used to reserve carrental.com had some issues that cause confusion when arriving at customer service counter but the customer service rep was so understanding and went above and beyond to resolved the discrepancy when i went outside to retrieve the rental it was a smoke scent any it and they did not hesitate to switch the car out which made me feel really impress about the overall service
Cons:Customer service rep helping another customer next to me being very short and rude with her customer which rubbed me wrong and made me feel horrible about the service she was receiving

Cons:The representative called me the morning i was suppose to pick up my rental and told me that they didn't have the SUV that i needed for my trip. I settled for a smaller one, so we can get to our destination. The place smelled like cigarette smoke inside the lobby and there was only one person working with about 8 people waiting for a car. When we went to do the walk around, there were dents, gouges, paint missing, the car was completely filthy on the outside. The inside of the car and cigarette burns all over the inside, there was trash in it, there was a weird white substance all over the doors on the driver side. I wondered if the car was even going to make it to our destination! This place was disgusting, the cars were disgusting. I will NEVER rent from them again.

Cons:Pickup - it was very long and upsetting. First - this office should make sure that customers know that their location is not at the Pensacola airport. The car we were provided smelled like cigarette smoke. Return. They could not have more efficient. Tiffany and Carlos are exceptional.
Pros:The price of the rental car was the best out of the total experience
Cons:The rental car has more cosmetic issues than I would have expected. Very noticeable and long paint scrapes and it look like there was old duct tape residue directly under the driver door handle. Did not want to wait around another 2 hrs for a different car, so accepted the rental as is, after a Hertz Rep took pictures of the noticeable defects on the car. Also, was very displeased with the conditions of the bathroom at the rental car office. Toilet seat was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Bathroom was in disarray.. It was very obvious that this location is in a very old building as the bathroom needs a serious update to it. Would not recommend a female to use this restroom.
Pros:Someone was there to tell me they didn't have car.
