The vehicle was reserved months in advance but there was no vehicle available when we arrived. We waited for over 30 min in the garage while a vehicle was being delivered. Our flight got in later than Budget was open. Even though the rental was scheduled for that day, we came in the next morning, and were able to get our vehicle with no problems. The car was fine. Budget was deceptive regarding the Toll Fees. I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay for Toll's and I declined as I was told I would receive something in the mail. They are now trying to charge me $17.00 for "Toll Convenience Fee" when the toll itself was only 3 dollars.Reviewed May 6 2024
