Pros:Great service and good price!
Cons:There were much more expenses than presented in kayak! Including few different taxes and weird tolls (such as license toll)...
Pros:Picking up the car was great. The attendant was very courteous and nice to deal with.
Cons:The person I dealt with at drop off was a jerk. I had parked the car in the after hours spot (next to the booth) because nobody was in the booth. Finally after about 5 min my wife found someone. He refused to check me out/check the car back in unless I got back in the car and moved out to the exact location he required. Like, refused. He told me it was impossible to give me my receipt unless I drove the car to that exact spot. When I asked him what would have happened if just dropped the keys in the drop off box, he said "well, that's different, there would have been nobody there to direct you". Well he wasn't when I was there, but he needed to argue with me for another 5 min to get me to move the car rather than do his job by cashing me out, letting me go on my way and taking the car where it needed to be.
Cons:Kayak and Hotwire gave me a deal for a vehicle that doesn’t available. I made reservation on the web side for a full size sedan but ended up renting a full size Suv since there it’s the only option left they have. The price was much higher than expected also, $ 300 increased compare to the reservation. In short, these third parties website does poorly in updating the availability of vehicles.

Pros:Staff were friendly. One-way travel and central location (not airport) were great.
Cons:Car wasn't clean (food and spilled drink under seat), body had a number of dents, scratches that weren't documented. I booked an economy car and was given a choice between two fuel-inefficient cars for a long drive. Expensive because of one-way travel.
Pros:Website easy to navigate. So booking made simple.but the budget rental office I choose had closed down so I had to call to find out if I had a car reserved and where to go to collect it. Once there pick up and return easy all costs as expected..car was brand new.

Cons:I paid 270 for 4 days never again will I use this service
Pros:The pick up and return process were quick. It's an easy walk to/from Union Station and the City Island airport (even dragging around a 50 lb suitcase.)
Cons:Finding the car in the garage and then finding my way out were not great. The "out" door was broken. And it would have been helpful to have someone do a quick overvue of the car.
