They didn't have car at all and ther didn't accept the responsibility. They sent us to the europcar and we paid double. Never never try hertz

Terrible. My Tesla was sitting there and they wouldn’t give it to me because it was “reserved for uber”. Customer service was terrible. There was no manager and the manager was ignoring the persons workings calls. Not happy at all with our experience.

I thought Kayak was a trustworthy website. This Hertz rental car business supposedly based at LIH airport did NOT even exist! Me & my kids were stranded at the airport without the promised car I booked. Actual Hertz location said many others were scammed like this too.
