Pros:The staff at front desk was extremely helpful.
Cons:Not much really. They used to have a printed guide on how to access the parking lot - not sure what happened to it.

Pros:i had a great deal for a car
Cons:My flight in had been cancelled so i got in a day late. They didn't have any cars left. I tried to email and say i was going to be late but got no response. better luck next time for me.

Pros:Before travel to Toronto, I call back to confirm. I was advised the car MIni van was not available at Toronto Air port but other location which was 35 miles from air port before 6pm. My flight landed at 9 pm. Therefore I had to hire 7 passenger car from Asis. We had very bad experience .
Cons:Dollar should have warn me about pick up time at car pickup location.

Pros:Car was great. Roomy, Heated seats were awesome. Great size for me - lots of headroom.
Cons:No one near the car to give the damage slip to and the car was literally the furthest car from the desk. It was -3 in the garage. They did not apologize at all - just said there was someone out there - there def was not. The car was not cleaned inside at all.

Cons:The few extra goverment fees and such, which were disclosed before, during, and after the rental.
