Cons:The tiers were not inflated properly, there was no water in the cleaning system for the weipers. I didnt get explenation about the tollroads.

Cons:The GPS was only in german. Location of pickup at no tmade clear.
Cons:Complete bait in switch. I rented a Mercedes C class or equivalent and they gave me some sort of Ford soccer mom POS. It was also a vehicle of a size and a lack of acceleration of which I had no experience driving (which was a safety issue). I had specifically chosen a car for my trip that was safe and suitable to the driving conditions in the areas I expected to be driving. #Never Budget
