Pros:Cars are located in the airport/ efficient staff
Pros:On arrival into Zurich, took some time to find the rental outlets in the airport (top floor), but once there, all was very easy and an upgrade had been organised. Had a 4x4 mondeo estate, which had all the newer features like self park, road lane guidance etc...returning the car was easy. An overall excellent experience, very cost effective compared to competitors that I would recommend.
Pros:Drop off was easy
Cons:The pick up line took a very long time to get through, which was difficult after a very long flight.
Cons:The company sent me that they charged me 470 CHF for only one alloy wheel scratch while they changed me 497 CHF from my credit card. Please support.
Pros:The staff was incredibly helpful, Oliver who helped me check in was incredibly thorough going through my reservation details and inspection of the vehicle before I drove off. The shop is very easy to find and perfectly located in the middle of the city. Would highly recommend and reuse again.

Pros:Our entire experience with landing in Zurich and getting our car was seamless. Once we retrieved our luggage, we went straight to the car rental area and were immediately greeted by a most friendly and helpful agent. While we had booked one type of car, she offered us two other choices for the same price. We left and went to the parking garage where the car was located, loaded our car and off we went without any problems. Great experience! Our return was just as easy.
