Cons:too long a wait at airport to pickup and then even after the wait, no cars available.
Pros:Super friendly and helpful staff both at pick up and return. Helpful in explaining insurance coverage and other items.
Cons:I booked a minivan, when I arrived there, they did not have the minivan, they gave me a different car which said was an upgrade and charge me extra 110 Swiss frank. I told them that since you do not have the car I reserved and you are giving me a different car, them why should I pay extra, it should be complimentary upgrade. I would like refund of the extra money I paid.
Pros:Great gas mileage
Cons:Didn't like that I was forced to take out insurance with Enterprise after I had already purchased Alliance insurance online. And if I didn't purchase it then they would put a hold on my card for $5000 plus another $500! That was so unexpected! So I purchased the $20 a day insurance & they still put a hold on my card for $1500 & $500! So much for a discounted rent a car! We had an economy car & it was new but not comfortable while driving!
Pros:The process was quick. The car was OK
Cons:More than anything, at return, the agent have picked a scratch on the WHEELS !!! The scratch was probably there when we picked the car ! But I would never go to such details. The car body was all fine, and obviously, I don't check the wheels at pick-up. They claimed for damage ! I don't care much as I had insurance, but the behavior was not friendly at all !! Also, got a different car than ordered, still in the same class but less.
Pros:Car was brand new and very well equipped.
Cons:Full insurance was very high 60CHF der day. The 25CHF per day insurance had still 2000CHF deductible. Had to wait for pick-up the car because there was only one person at the desk and quite a bit of customers. It was not possible to pay for a car rental by different credit card then the one from which they take money for deductible insurance.
Pros:HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ,UNPFROFFESIONAL, THEY ARE OVER PICKY WITH STONE CHIPS AND SCRATCHES ON WHEELS,NEVER AGIAN ENTERPRISE
Pros:It was easy to pick up and drop off. The car was very clean and had all items needed.

Cons:The communication of the price: initial price offer didn't include any insurance actually, and the lady at the rental office counter couldn't provide clear information on the final price. I ended up paying double what I thought I'd pay initially.
