Pros:Great location, loved the option of dropping in another city.
Cons:Picking up the car was a little slow due to some software issues.

Cons:They ran out of the mid sized car class we requested and put us in a nine passenger van instead which consumed a lot more gas and was not easy to maneuver through small Spanish cities. I asked to receive some sort of discount and was given a flat "no". We ended up having to pay premium fees for parking garages too.

Cons:Hi, In the end, we did not rent a car from the company because at no point during the ordering process it was not said that the company require two credit cards for the purpose of renting. I only have one card and it's enough for me.

Pros:Easy pick up and drop off.
Cons:They did not honor priceline booking. I had to pay extra. I was also informed they will not honor the insurance I paid for. I was not informed at the booking time that I would be immediately responsible for any balance I incurred and would have to bill tje insurance that I paid for later.

Cons:Key got broken and I could open the car only manually, insurance was very expensive, no option with partial cover, also it became clear bcs rent was done through American and not European company insurance was m9re expensive

Pros:We liked the car. It held everything we needed and more. It was comfortable. Most important it had an internal navigation system, which was essential. On the downside, the English translation of Spanish and Basque road names was nearly always unintelligible. They were so bad, we always laughed. Next time we'd get a smaller car, either a compact or perhaps a mini.We had too many narrow streets and corners to navigate and the Zafria made our lives too exciting in that regard.

We booked an electric car and the cable provided in the car didn't work at any of the charging stations, so we were the whole time more concerned about running out of electricity than enjoying the trip.
