Cons:I was given the car with only half a tank and the person that took care of us told us he would note that it only had half a tank so that we wouldn't have to be return it like that. He said he would take down those notes however we were still charged for refueling and for the gas.

Pros:The car was nice and clean.
Cons:The employee in Hertz, Sants was very rude. Unable to explain properly the conditions. She explained the coverage for the car I reserved but then she told me I am having another car, because they don't have the one I booked, so the coverage was triple price, etc.It took one hour to give me the keys.

Pros:Reserved a mercedes class a and got a misearable opel. Dont understand why. 15 min of argue didnt help. Talking to a brick wall is better. Bas treatment at dropp off point. They tried to claim that an old little scratch was caused by me.
Cons:You promised a car in the contract and you didnt provide it. Very disappointing expirience
