Smooth process. Car functioned acceptably. They tried to run a scam for me to pay for pre-existing damages. Asked for proof at time of pickup, then moved the goal posts twice before outright rejecting video as proof(?). Forcing me to go through escalation process and/or insurance.

Terrible. Avid totaqlly abiused the "or similar" clause for the car I reserved. I would not take the swubstitute. And the staff of the local franchise was VERY unhelpful.
