Cons:When you search for a car in the UAE on Kayak, Budget comes up as a dollar cheaper than the others. They are cheating. If you book their car, they will proceed to blackmail you into paying for excess insurance by blatently, manually, crossing out the excess liability limit of 2,000 dhs on your contract and changing it to 4,000 dhs. If you don't like it, you have to pay for excess liability insurance at more than 50% of the daily rental rate. Budget rate is NOT comparable to others. They are taking advantage of customers. The car I had was not full of fuel as my booking stated, so I lost 1/4 tank returning the car full. Would they be fair and credit you for that? of course not. They will proceed to penalize the next customer for bringing the car 1/16th short, and so on... The car I got from Budget, had the wrong size front tires, mismatched tires, low air pressure in the tires, had a previous accident that was cheaply repaired, etc... Do NOT rent from Budget

Pros:It was convenient but I had to book with someone else.
Cons:I had to book another vehicle locally. The saleswoman was rude and discourteous. She tried to overcharge me more than what was reserved by $1,000. Then stated that it was because I used a third party to reserve the vehicle and told me that I was responsible for additional fees and services.
