We had to wait in an extremely long line to pick up our vehicle, which is understandable this time of year. The thing that is not understandable is the vast amount of time it takes to process each customer. There were several groups at the counter for 30-45 minutes each.Reviewed Jan 1 2023

It was unclear how to contact the offices directly, so we ended up getting transferred to call centers a couple of times that didn’t have accurate information for our pick up and drop off locations, specifically when we couldn’t find a location and were unclear on hours of operation.Reviewed Dec 30 2022

It shouldn’t take 1 hour + to pick up a vehicle. Of all the companies at FLL it was the only one with a long line that didn’t move. Workers were taking breaks and joking with each other rather than working hard to clear out the long line Then I was told the only vehicles left were mini vans (I ordered compact).
