Pros:It was cheap
Cons:Upon return, they will try to find damage and charge you hundreds of euros
It took over 4 hours to pick up the rental car, as there were more than 50 people ahead of us!!! Car seat rental was very expensive. Once we got the car it was good.
Pros:The vehicle was a great price and met all of our needs
Cons:Collision damage waiver not available through Kayak, had to sort out elsewhere which was annoying when the website said it was selectable during booking.
Cons:The people working for budget changed my price from pick up to drop off and charged me much more than expected. I will never book a car thru budget again. No one in customer service could help at all.
Cons:The price was much higher than the estimated total price.
Cons:The personnel is helpfull but it took us a lot of time to get the car and start our vacation. Same thing for the drop off. You might have a screen that shows that you successfully dropped the car so that once you arrive to the counter, other waiting customers wont get annoyed and offended
Cons:BEWARE, we waited for almost 3 hours to pick up our rental car!!!!!!!! A complete waste of time! I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET EVER AGAIN.
Pros:Collection had a ridiculous delay. A long queue that should have moved much more quickly. Each person was at the desk and twiddling their thumbs while the Budget reps spent ages on the computer. The problem must be in the computer system as each step seemed to take ages.
Pros:Quick and easy to collect the car. Good diesel KIA in excellent shape. Friendly and efficient staff. Central location.
Cons:They still add a fuel fill up cost to start, a subtle incentive to let them refill at drop off. It's a bad deal unless the tank is almost empty. No problem removing that fee, however, once I returned the car full.
Pros:The pickup in the Lisbon airport was a bit slow, but not due to the employees, but due to people not having a reservation and debating on cars at the counter. The employee we dealt with was very thorough in going over the paperwork. We did do a lot of driving and I would recommend the EZ Pass for the tolls.
Cons:Nothing bad about Budget, just the markings at the airport for trying to return the car.
