Easy process, shuttle to and from airport was easy and convenient.

I requested a specific car that you rent all the time, 1 week prior to my rental and was told that wasn't what I rented and what I needed was more money so I did that. I was then told the specific car I was requesting still could not be guaranteed. It is listed as a mid size suv, mazda cx50 or comparable. So I found something else with a different co. and saved $100! I will rent with them vs Budget anytime. Lady was rude on the phone. You lost my business and everyone I know! Shame on you for not being CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and inconveniencing me, the CUSTOMER!

I didn't like anything about this experience, I feel I was ripped off I lost one day of the rental and I spent 10 hours waiting to pick up a car after a very long flight! I didn't even get the car that I paid for. I'm really frustrated and disappointed

I booked a small suv via Kayak. They assigned a Honda Accord. (Old and dirty) and claimed it was the same class of car. I refused to accept and cancelled the booking.

Bad. Didn't get the type of car I was promised and made me go buy a car seat with my kids! I had to drive to Walmart with one of my kids not secure and buy it. This is not ok

I reserved an SUV but received a conventional car. I returned it 3 days early but did not receive a refund.

Victor was great and handled the customers during the rush well. The car could have been cleaner, but it worked for our purposes. Pickup and drop off where reasonable, although a bit of wait since the office appears to be short of staff.
