Pros:Facility and the vehicle were both very clean. I didn't have to wait long for the car, and what I was given was better than I expected. I had a very smooth, pleasant experience. Thanks!

Pros:Loved that everything went according to plan and they even gave me a Camry, which was a wonderful upgrade compared with what I had ordered (the cheapest car possible)

Cons:Ask what options I had, wasn't given any yet many cars in garage. Car was dirty with stained front seat (really gross). Bus driver at ohare didn't know how to drive and slammed on brakes constantly, throwing bags and passengers the entire ride. Extremely unsafe!

Pros:The car itself was fine, although items from previous renters were left in the car.
Cons:On Kayak, I typed in 'ORD' to find a rental car for pickup at O Hare. I set up the rental, and got a fair price for a car. The location was Wabash ave. Not being familiar with Chicago, I did not realize Wabash was not at ORD. I got the shuttle to the counter, and the agent processed me and out I went to the car. As I left the lot, the agent there pointed out that my license name and contract name did not match. I drove back to the counter, where the agent discovered that my rental was supposed to be downtown. She did not explain why she had given me the wrong contract earlier. She then gave me a car for about three times the cost of my original rental. She said the best she could do was a walk-up rate. I am a seasoned traveller, and this was, from start to finish, the worst rental I have ever had.
