Cons:Worst rental experience for me. Right after leaving the parking I found there is 6 extra miles on the car and fuel was not full. Someone drove it before. In addition to what I payed to Kayak, Hertz hold same amount on my credit-card. After returning it, they hold money for two times again on my credit card without providing any reason. I called costumer service and stay on the line for half an hour and no response. I have to go the rental location to find out what is going on! It was the last time I rent from Hertz.
Cons:Reserved my rental online. Went to the store and they were all sold out even though i reserved the vehicle

Cons:How I was given a car that had plates that were expired for the past 2 months and didn't notice until an hour after I drove off leaving me to have to find the closest location to have to switch my car
Cons:The credit card holding amount was 2 high and so I couldn't get the rental.
Cons:They had no cars - Did not receive notice until I got to the place for my pick up
Cons:Location was closed on the weekend. No place to park. Repeated charges to credit card after drop off are unacceptable.
Cons:I had a confirmed prepaid reservation. When I arrived they said I owed $2.75 more for additional taxes. Why should I have to pay more than the reservation amount
