Staff were helpful when my first vehicle had a problem, but my first vehicle had a problem. And the wait time to get my vehicle was over 45 minutes.

Everything related to the car rental was excellent, including the service provided by the representative who assisted me. They were very friendly and professional. The only negative aspect was that the vehicle was delivered to me dirty, and this is the second time this has happened. As a result, I had to take it to be washed at my own expense. In addition, the car had several scratches and a few dents. Despite these inconveniences, I was generally satisfied with the service and would consider renting from this company again in the future.
