pickup overall was pretty bad. very long lines with very slow checkout process. stood in line for a good hour before being helped. then because of a short staff, the person helping me had to leave to help other people who were dropping off cars or had other issues after checking out. staff was super friendly just stretched really thin and process to check out (even though I completed all information ahead of time by scanning QR code on bus) was really slowReviewed Mar 4 2024

Only problem was that the pick up process was between 90 and 120 minutes. The wait line was about 30 minutes. The person behind the counter was stressed out (new employee) and it took about 90 minutes to get my vehicle. Drop off was easy (5 minutes). At first it seemed it was going to be a long wait at counter , but KOA Budget was well staffed with experienced employees; which moved the line. We received our Jeep and headed out.
