Only thing I'd like was the car. Everything else was below standard. Bad customer service over the phone and lack of communication for flight that arrive pass closing time. Need ways to check our vehicle after close. Had to cancel original reservation and book a Uber to get us to are destination. Had to rebook reservation the next day for more money the my original reservation. Overall not pleased with experience, customer service.Reviewed Jul 28 2026

Van was not ready cause of a smell they were trying to air out. 30 minutes later the van was still not there. So it must be an awful smell and I booked the van a month ahead. GReviewed May 14 2026
