Cost was not calculated correctly, I got charged $500 dollars at the end.

The auto was clean and the cost was okay but I would have really enjoyed being able to go directly to the car instead of waiting almost an hour in line.

Very very slow to get a van, very very slow to pick up a car, car had 145k KMs on it and left brake light didn't work. Overall service and quality was poor.

We drove 3 hours to pick up the car and we was not able to because of very high security deposit hold and would not accept our payment.

Horrible pick up. Not enough staff to help over 40 people in line to pick up cars. Computer with dot matrix printer takes at least 15 minutes to process each customer. Antiquated and too small of a rental car office and lot for such a right volume of customers. Unable to get car out of lot do to other cars being parked blocking rental pickup.

Check in process took an insane amount of time to get the car. Then I was overcharged for an extra day.

The wait in line to rent our car was about 90 minutes. Then we waited over 30 minutes outside the building as we were told the car was being cleaned. When the car was finally delivered the interior was not clean, and the car exterior was still wet.
