Cons:Car was dirty inside and outside. Only 1 key without the remote to lock or unlock doors.

Extremely slow at pick up counter, car had paper plates that expired in June, and no scanner available at drop off to confirm car return.

Pros:The second car they gave me was fine. The tow truck came quickly.
Cons:First I had to wait over 30 minutes for a car as none were clean and ready to go. The car I was given never ran properly and I thought I would drive it to the Jacksonville airport and exchange it. Unfortunately It broke down and had to be towed and I had to get a new car. I am a 65 year old with cancer. This is not what I needed.

Cons:I didn't appreciate waiting nearly an hour for a rental car that when it arrived had clearly been smoked in. I generally only rent with Hertz but I couldn't get a reservation with them. I'd heard good things about budget and decided to give hem a try. I won't make that mistake again.
