Pros:Nothing. Absolute worst rental experience of my life.
Cons:Everything. A reservation has ZERO meaning with your company. The vehicle we reserved was not there and the available options did not meet our requirements. Staff was rude, and we ended up renting the vehicle we needed from another company for an additional $700 over our "reservation" price. We will never deal with "Budget" again.

Pros:Nothing! they refused to rent me a car. My drivers license recently expired. Having a super res # with them meant nothing. Avis rented me a mid size SUV for less money with out any issues.
Cons:A little understanding during the pandemic was met with a firm NO
Pros:Staff did not want to work with me on getting a rental car one-way to drive home. The agent did not follow their own policy and rules and was creating stipulations that were not listed.
I had to cancel the reservation because they did not have the type of vehicle that I requested.
Smooth check-in (appreciate 24 hour check-in), smooth return, clean and well-appointed vehicle

Pros:The price was awesome and the service was top notch at both pick up and drop off. We had reserved a mini-van but when we arrived there were none available. A four door pickup was provided instead at the same price. Thank you!
Cons:It was a great experience.
Cons:We were unable to pick up our car since they said that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half from the moment we made the reservation through Kayak. We made the reservation when we landed as we landed earlier than expected and they were still going to be open, once we got there, the agent told us it would be 1 to 1.5 hours until the car would be available. This was at 12:45 AM with 45 degrees outside. In the end we went to another rental company and made a reservation on the spot.
One person at the counter working. Stood in line 2 hours , still never got service .. over 20 ppl still in front of me after 2hrs. I ended up abandoning my reservation went with another company .
