Cons:they did not have the car we needed
Pros:Kris the front desk person was awesome.
Cons:Their business model and process was awful.

Pros:Nothing. Absolute worst rental experience of my life.
Cons:Everything. A reservation has ZERO meaning with your company. The vehicle we reserved was not there and the available options did not meet our requirements. Staff was rude, and we ended up renting the vehicle we needed from another company for an additional $700 over our "reservation" price. We will never deal with "Budget" again.

Cons:Having to pick up car in city even though we had airport designated; gun on drivers side rear door when we picked up car.
Cons:Took two hours to get my van on a holiday weekend while my 86 year old mother waited at baggage claim. The van did not have any space for luggage. I returned the van 4 days early and got charged for a full week. I've left two messages for them to call me back and they haven't. I've now got my Visa card company disputing the charge.
Cons:I wanted a rental from the Salt Lake City airport, instead when I arrived at the airport I was told the reservation was downtown instead. And they charged me another $200 dollars for the rental. Terrible. I will never use kayak again.
Pros:I ended up with an upgraded car.
Cons:Extremely slow check-in. The price quoted online was significantly ($20 per day) cheaper then what the counter said I had to pay. Despite showing them the quoted rate, they would not agree to it. They did not have a car ready in the category I booked. Once they found one that was ready, it was unclean and extremely smoky. It took another hour for them to find a similar sized rental. When I wanted to extend the rental an extra two days, the counter would not let me. Eventually, after being on hold for another 30 mins, I was able to extend the rental. All-in-all I would not use Budget again.
