Pros:Very easy dropoff.
Pros:Great for the price.
Cons:The car could have been cleaner.
Pros:Not really. The staff person was very hurried, didn't give me good directions to the car, talked too fast, couldn't understand him when he did talk. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I'm NOT hard of hearing.
Cons:Staff rep needs customer service and communication training.

Cons:If you don't fill up with gas the surcharge is extreme.
Pros:Easy fast pickup and return. Very nice Ford Fusion that drove great. No connection port to sync my phone to listen to Pandora though.
Pros:Customer service at FAT return was excellent. There was zero wait and they credited me for returning my car with a 1/4 tank of gas (since that's what crappy LAX Budget sent me out with). Really nice that these people know how to treat customers. If I ever rent from Budget again, it would be because of the customer service at Fresno Air Terminal.
Pros:It ran like you would expect
Cons:It really smelled like cigarettes which is always annoying. The brakes were so touchy you could barely press on them without jerking to a stop. The car was filthy when I picked it up. There was no attendant when I went to drop it off.
Pros:Location, location-great access to transportation and parking.
Cons:Really tired looking hotel, amenities were a bit tired and need upgrading. Rules were a bit confusing from Buffett to wifi; a bit confusing and Im confident customers were tricked into paying for services already included on the original agreement.
Pros:Great service, very helpful staff
Pros:Such an unexpectedly welcomed contrast to the terrible rental experience at the LAX airport rental office.
