Pros:Very fast professional service.
Pros:Our clerk when we picked up the car was exceptional. Great job. Kind of went downhill after that.
Cons:I was quoted a price of $72 approximately. The final bill included a $51 "Loss Damage Waiver". What the heck is that? I was told at rental that I could completely cover any problem for an additional $17 which I agreed to. So I'm thinking the full bill will be something over $100. $180.29 is what I was charged. Very underpowered vehicle and overcharged is how I would characterize the transaction.

Cons:They could of filled up the windshield washer fluid. It was completely empty

Cons:I went to the address on my confirmation email and there was nothing but abandoned office spaces and an empty parking lot. I called the phone number on the email and it had been disconnected. This rental company does not exist.
Pros:The woman who helped me check out my car first was very sweet.
Cons:The cars were all extremely dirty. I even had to change cars twice because they had a strange animal pee smell and hair everywhere. Idk why these were considered to be good to rent out? Then I take a car and half way to my very short destination the car says to change the oil!! It started shaking. I was worried so I rented another while at my vacation spot. Was sad but whatever I guess. Just won’t be using the avis/Payless/budget rentals again..

Pros:The staff person that assisted me was friendly and helpful. Great value. The drop off couldn't have been easier, a staff member was right there to receive the car and keys when I pulled in and the drop off is right at the Fresno/Yosemite airport.
Pros:I was able to get the car quickly. The vehicle was clean. The staff were decent.
Pros:Customer service was great. The entire process was quick and easy, start to finish.
Pros:I upgraded to a larger car at a reasonable price.It rode very nice and the gas mileage was good! The counter agent was most helpful checking in.
Cons:Car had been smoked in and the windshield was smeary. The phone number listed was disconnected. The agent said they had been trying to get it fixed.....not acceptable. Computers were down on Tues May 1,
