Cons:Enterprises call me an hour earlier to tell me that they don't the car for me ..... And they going to call me when they have the car for me, they never called back
Pros:The car was clean, ran well, and the service was quick.
Cons:The cost did not match the vehicle that I received. I paid 90 dollars for one day- compact vehicle. Next time I will go with a different rental car agency.

Pros:I liked how I was able to search for cheap rentals and kayak came available. Cheap rentals and had cars available last minute weekends trip and it was a holiday weekend. Was able to rent my car no hassles. Kayak allowed me to select my time slot and car without having to put credit card information down or down payment. Went to pick up car at the airport and they had me already reserved. Amazing. Also used kayak to search for hotels once I got to my destination. It's pretty great.
Cons:I liked everything about the service. Nothing I would say need improving.
Pros:Pick up and drop off was easy and the car was great.
Cons:The staff person tried to really scare me about using the car insurance from my credit card. I know he was just trying to scare me into purchasing Enterprise insurance, which I do not need, but it only made me feel nervous the whole time. He also gave me misinformation about bridge tolls.

Cons:They need to accept debit card which has the logo of a visa and master card instead of using a credit card as an option! Debit card work the same way as a credit card, that's why it has a logo of your visa and master card on it.
Pros:Pick up was easy and very friendly.
Cons:drop off was short handed and still don't have receipt
Pros:Nice car.
Cons:I was not told anything about not being able to use debit when I set reservation I used a debit. And I was also unaware of the hassle I would ensure because I was out of state resident.
